WISE壓力(li)變送(song)器(qi)用(yong)於(yu)測量(liang)液體(ti)、氣(qi)體或蒸汽的液位(wei)、密(mi)度(du)和(he)壓(ya)力(li),然後(hou)轉變(bian)成(cheng)4~20mA DC信(xin)號(hao)輸(shu)出(chu)。壓力(li)變送(song)器(qi)可(ke)與(yu)手操(cao)器(qi)相(xiang)互(hu)通訊,通過它(ta)進(jin)行設定(ding),監控或與(yu)上(shang)位(wei)機組成(cheng)現場(chang)監控系統。
WISE壓(ya)力變(bian)送(song)器(qi)工(gong)作原理:
壓力變送(song)器(qi)過程壓(ya)力通過兩側(ce)或壹(yi)側(ce)的隔離膜(mo)片、灌(guan)充(chong)液傳(chuan)至d室(shi)的中心(xin)測(ce)量(liang)膜(mo)片。中(zhong)心膜(mo)片是壹(yi)個張(zhang)緊(jin)的彈性元(yuan)件(jian),它(ta)對(dui)於(yu)作用(yong)在(zai)其上(shang)的兩側(ce)壓力(li)差(cha)產(chan)生(sheng)相應變形位(wei)移,其位(wei)移與(yu)差(cha)壓(ya)成(cheng)正比,大位(wei)移約0.1mm,這(zhe)種位(wei)移轉變(bian)在(zai)電(dian)容(rong)極板上(shang)形成(cheng)差(cha)動電(dian)容(rong),由(you)電(dian)子(zi)線路把(ba)差(cha)動電(dian)容(rong)轉換(huan)成(cheng)二(er)線制(zhi)的4~20mA DC信號(hao)輸(shu)出(chu)。
壓力(li)傳(chuan)感器和壓力(li)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)正確使(shi)用(yong)的註意事(shi)項(xiang):
1.防止壓力(li)變送(song)器(qi)與(yu)腐(fu)蝕性或過熱(re)的介(jie)質(zhi)接(jie)觸;
2.防止渣滓(zi)在導管(guan)內(nei)沈積(ji);
3.測(ce)量(liang)液體(ti)壓(ya)力時,取(qu)壓口應開在流程管(guan)道的側(ce)面,以(yi)避(bi)免(mian)沈積(ji)積(ji)渣(zha);
4.測量氣(qi)體壓力(li)時,取(qu)壓口應開在流程管(guan)道頂端,並(bing)且(qie)壓力(li)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)也應安裝在流(liu)程管(guan)道上(shang)部,以(yi)便積累的液體(ti)容(rong)易註入流程管(guan)道中;
5.導(dao)壓(ya)管(guan)應安裝在溫(wen)度(du)波(bo)動小(xiao)的地方;
6.測量(liang)蒸汽或其它(ta)高溫(wen)介(jie)質(zhi)時,需(xu)接(jie)加緩沖管(guan)(盤(pan)管(guan))等(deng)冷凝器(qi),不應使變送(song)器(qi)的工(gong)作溫(wen)度(du)超(chao)過極(ji)限;
7.冬(dong)季(ji)發(fa)生(sheng)冰(bing)凍時,安(an)裝在(zai)室(shi)外(wai)的變送(song)器(qi)必(bi)須(xu)采(cai)取防(fang)凍措(cuo)施(shi),避(bi)免(mian)引(yin)壓(ya)口內(nei)的液體(ti)因(yin)結冰(bing)體積(ji)膨脹(zhang),導致(zhi)傳(chuan)感器損失(shi);
8.測量(liang)液體(ti)壓(ya)力時,壓(ya)力變(bian)送(song)器(qi)的安裝(zhuang)位(wei)置應避(bi)免(mian)液體(ti)的沖擊(ji)(水(shui)錘現象(xiang)),以(yi)免(mian)壓(ya)力(li)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)過壓(ya)損壞(huai);
9.接(jie)線時,將(jiang)電(dian)纜(lan)穿(chuan)過防(fang)水(shui)接(jie)頭(tou)或繞性管(guan)並(bing)擰緊(jin)密(mi)封(feng)螺(luo)帽(mao),以(yi)防雨(yu)水(shui)等通過電(dian)纜(lan)滲漏(lou)進(jin)變送(song)器(qi)殼體內。
